7-day returns policy on all items except final sale.

At CHANELIA, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 7-day return policy (excluding final sale items) to provide our customers with peace of mind and flexibility. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:


  • Item not delivered. If your order has not been delivered, you are eligible for a full order refund.
  • Wrong item/color/size. If you receive an incorrect item, color, or size, you are eligible for a full item refund.
  • Order processing exceeds seven working days. If your order processing exceeds seven working days, you are eligible for a full order refund.
  • Shipping exceeds 20 working days. If your shipping exceeds 20 working days, you are eligible for a full order refund.

Please note that shipments may be delayed due to public holidays, pandemics, weather conditions, or unforeseen obstacles. In such scenarios, no refunds will be issued.


  • Final Sale Items: All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • International Orders: Orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return.
  • Return Authorization: A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and a return authorization number must be included with the return.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Return Labels: Return labels are available for shipped items within the 48 continental states only.

Return Process

  2. Review and Approval: We will review the return request and update the return status as approved or rejected.
  3. Return Label: If approved, a USPS return label will be generated and emailed to you, with the label attached.
  4. Package and Return: Attach the return label to any box/package and return the items with the order receipt and tags included.
  5. Refund: Once we receive the returned items, we will process the return and refund the money back to your original payment method.

Disallowed Returns

Non-refundable items:

  • Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.


If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Suppose the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. In that case, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong item/color/size). If the return is due to our error, please contact us for further assistance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CHANELIA reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
