Why? At CHANELIA, we don't just offer a 7-day return policy as a courtesy; we do it because we genuinely care about the hygiene and well-being of our customers. After all, who wants to keep something that they're not entirely in love with? We believe that 7 days is more than enough time to fall head over heels for your new purchase or to realize that it's just not quite right for you. So go ahead, give it a try in the comfort of your own home and let us know if it's a match made in heaven or if it's time for a return. We're all about keeping our customers happy and healthy, and our 7-day return policy is just one way we do that.
- Item not delivered. Full order refund.
- Wrong item/color/size. Full item refund.
- Order processing exceeds seven working days. Full order refund.
- Shipping exceeds 20 working days. Full order refund.
Note: shipments can be delayed due to public holidays, pandemics, weather conditions, or unforeseen obstacles. In such scenarios, there will be no refund.
- All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale (non-returnable).
- All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return.
- Return auth number must be included with the return.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Return labels are available for shipped items within the 48 continental states only.
- Please submit a return request in our Returns Center.
- We will review the submission and update the return status (approved/rejected).
- If approved, a USPS return label will be generated and emailed to you with label attached.
- Attach the label to any box/package and return the items with order receipt and tags included
- We will process the return and refund the money back to your account once we receive the items back
- Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

- Final sale items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving the order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges at this moment. You can return your items and place another order with the desired items.
If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Suppose the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. In that case, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping costs (if applicable)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping would be the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our end.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
