Refund policy

Eligibility

• 7-day return policy on non-final sale items.
• Full refund for undelivered, incorrect items, or shipping delays over 20 days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, beauty products, and international orders are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Upon approval, you'll receive a USPS return label (for U.S. orders).
3. Pack the item with original tags and receipt, and return it.
4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and reorder.

Gift Returns

Gift returns will be refunded as store credit or to the gift purchaser.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds apply if items are returned late or in non-original condition.
